Little Caesar is an American hard rock band. The band was founded in the late 1980s by Ron Young.
In 1987, singer Ron Young (whose other credits include [a=Ampage], [a=Doug Aldrich], [a=Manic Eden], [a=Earl Slick] and appeared in the film “Terminator 2: Judgement Day”), [a=Apache (4)] (Jimmy Hayne, guitar), guitarist [a=Loren Molinare] (ex-[a=Ampage], [a=The Dogs (3)]), [a=Fidel Panigua] (bass) and drummer [a=Tom Morris (3)] (see also Bobby Fries), formed Little Caesar.
Little Caesar first appeared on the Metal Blade compilation [m=651656] with the otherwise unreleased song “Down to the Wire”.
In 1989 the 4-track EP “Name Your Poison” was released via Metal Blade Records.The debut album of the same name was released in 1990 by Geffen Records.
In 1990, as a short-term replacement for [a=Faster Pussycat], they supported [a=Kiss] on their “Hot In The Shade” US tour.
Little Caesar reunited for a new album in 2009 and are still touring and releasing new music as of 2019.
