GENERAL TERMS OF PURCHASE IN THE ONLINE STORE https://matrix-music.com

The agreement is entered into in English. The right of cancellation only applies to private consumers. Unless otherwise agreed, commercial and government institutions are not entitled to right of cancellation.

The content of the website https://matrix-music.com is the property of the company Matrix Music d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the Seller). By using the website https://matrix-music.com, users accept the published general terms and conditions of business, which define the operation of the website https://matrix-music.com, the rights of the user, the obligations of the provider, and the mutual business relationship. The general terms and conditions are composed in accordance with the applicable Slovenian legislation. Matrix Music d.o.o. reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions on the website https://matrix-music.com at any time and without prior notice. All changes to the general terms and conditions are binding for users. Information about products, business conditions, the website, and other information in the online store is available only in the Slovenian language

The customer is any legal or natural person who orders the items of the Seller through the website, social networks or in any other way, hereinafter referred to as the Customer.

ORDERING PROCESS, POSSIBLE AMENDMENTS, AND PURCHASE

Ordering process:

In the online store, you can find the desired product and click on it. This opens the purchase menu, where you can find more detailed information about the product, composition, price, promotional prices, duration of promotions, delivery costs, and similar. If you want to have the same product in multiple sizes, you must repeat the process of adding to the shopping cart for each individual size. The product is added to the cart via the “Add to cart” button.

After adding the product to the cart, the Side-Cart opens on the right side, where you can review the products in the cart and add quantities to individual items or delete them from the cart. By clicking on the “View Cart” button, the “Cart” subpage opens, where you can again remove products from the “Cart” or change their quantity.

If you want to purchase more products, you can continue shopping (click on “Continue Shopping”) or complete the purchase (click on “Proceed to checkout”). If you have a valid discount code, you can use it at this step by entering it into the designated field and clicking the “Activate” button.

Checkout

Once you reach the checkout page, you complete your purchase. To do this, you must fill in all mandatory information, including name, surname, email address, telephone number, address, postal code, city, and country. On this page, you can also specify that the order is to be shipped to a different address (“your shipping address is different from your billing address”). You can also sign up for the newsletter by checking the Newsletter checkbox (“Sign me up to receive email Matrix Music updates and news”).

Possible payment methods

As a buyer you can choose between different payment methods:

  • Direct bank transfer
  • Credit / Debit Card (using the Stripe payment services provider)
  • Through Paypal

Prices

The prices displayed on the Matrix Music online store are without VAT. 

The provider reserves the right to make daily changes to prices, unless otherwise specified. Prices listed on the website do not include shipping costs.

Prices in the online store, marked with the term ‘web price,’ are valid exclusively for sales over the internet. In individual cases, they may differ from the prices that are valid in the Atraktiv store.

Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a pre-determined validity. Prices are applicable in the case of payment by the specified payment methods, under the specified conditions.

SHIPPING AND COLLECTION

Delivery of orders in the Matrix Music webstore is handled by our partners GLS.

In the table below, you can check the shipping prices that are based on the delivery country and the total weight (or quantity / total order value) of the order.

Products ordered from the Matrix Music online store are delivered by GLS.

Delivery of ordered items is carried out as quickly as possible and depends on the availability of the products. We ship the products to the address provided during the purchasing process. We recommend providing a mobile phone number reachable during morning hours so that the courier can contact you and arrange the delivery.

Once the package is ready, we hand it over to the GLS courier along with the address, email, and telephone number.

DELIVERY COSTS:

Delivery costs are listed in the table above.

The ordered goods will be sent to the address provided during the order. Delivery is made from Monday to Friday in the morning hours. However, the online store is not responsible for any delivery delays. If the ordered product is not in stock, we will inform you and present alternative options or provide you with the delivery time for the ordered item.

RETURN OF GOODS / WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating any reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform Matrix Music Ltd. of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, an email to the address: shop@matrix-music.com). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the consumer to send their communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal from the contract

Effects of withdrawal from the contract:

If the consumer withdraws from this contract, the company shall reimburse the purchase price without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 working days from the day on which the company receives notification of withdrawal from this contract. The refund shall be made using the same payment method as was used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The product must be unused, undamaged, in its original quantity, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt. If any of these conditions are not met, the company reserves the right to return the product(s) to the customer at their expense. The refusal of the returned product does not exempt the customer from the obligation to pay.

Instructions for returning items:

In online purchases, since it’s not possible to physically inspect or touch the products, we allow customers to return items within the legal framework and terms of service of the Matrix Music online store. Products purchased remotely should not be used during the statutory withdrawal period. The customer has this option because the product did not meet their expectations.

In case of damages, please refer to the section on complaints. All costs associated with returning items are covered by the customer. 

We do not accept shipments with cash on delivery for returned items.

COMPLAINTS

The customer can claim a complaint due to a material defect for each purchased item. According to the Zakon o varstvu potrošnikov (ZVPot), a material defect occurs if:

  • The item lacks the qualities necessary for its normal use or for circulation.
  • The item lacks the qualities necessary for a specific use for which the buyer purchased it, and this was known to the seller or should have been known.
  • The item does not have the qualities and characteristics that were expressly or silently agreed upon or prescribed.
  • The seller has delivered an item that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model was shown only for information purposes.

From the perspective of a material defect, the buyer can file a complaint regarding the item with the provider within two months of discovering the defect. The buyer can choose to request the correction of the defect, a refund of part of the paid amount in proportion to the defect, replacement of the goods with new flawless goods, or a refund of the paid amount. The buyer must accurately describe the defect in the notice of defect and allow the provider to inspect the item.

If the defect is not disputed, the provider will respond to the buyer’s request as soon as possible, but no later than within eight days. If there is a dispute about the defect, the provider must provide a written response to the buyer within the same period.

The buyer submits the complaint to the email address shop@matrix-music.com. The buyer completes the return/complaint form received by email or found on our website and attaches it to the goods. The original invoice must also be attached. Complaints without proper documentation (e.g., invoice) will not be processed by the provider. In any case, the buyer must return the goods personally or by mail so that the provider can initiate the complaint process, except when the provider determines that the return is not necessary. The provider also does not accept any returns of complained goods that have any redemption value upon receipt from any provider of transport, postal, or logistics services.

PRODUCT COMPLAINTS FOR ITEMS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT

If you notice any signs of damage, tampering, missing items, etc., upon receiving the shipment, please reject the package and request the postal service representative to prepare a damage claim report. If you notice damages immediately after receiving the package, return it to the delivery service and request a Damage Claim Report while filling out the form. We will strive to resolve the complaint as quickly as possible. If you received the goods from any other logistics service provider, reject the damaged shipment immediately or inform us at shop@matrix-music.com.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

The delivery time for goods from stock is 3-5 working days.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The provider does not assume responsibility for any consequences resulting from the use of the website https://matrix-music.com and its included content. The provider reserves the right to change the content of the websites at any time without prior notice and does not assume responsibility for any consequences of these changes. The provider aims to present the most accurate and up-to-date information relevant to the consumer; however, due to the nature of online business, this may not always be possible. The customer will be informed about such changes during message processing. The provider strives to provide the most accurate visual information about the product. Nevertheless, photo and video representations of the products should still be treated as symbolic. Visual content does not automatically guarantee the characteristics of the product.

LIMITED RIGHT OF USE

Visitors may use the content of the website https://matrix-music.com exclusively for personal and non-commercial purposes. The content is protected by copyright. Any other use, copying, publication, and distribution of website content or its individual parts without the permission of the provider is prohibited.

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

The provider makes every effort to fulfill its obligation to establish an effective system for handling complaints. In case of any issues, the customer can contact the provider via email at shop@matrix-music.com. The provider will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 5 working days, inform the customer how it will be addressed, and keep them informed of the process throughout. However, the provider will strive to rectify errors and deficiencies and resolve disputes amicably. For any information or questions, please email us at shop@matrix-music.com. If we cannot respond to your inquiry immediately, we will do so as soon as possible.

In accordance with legal norms, we do not recognize any out-of-court dispute resolution entity as competent for resolving consumer disputes that a consumer could initiate in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act. Matrix Music d.o.o., as a provider of goods and services offering an online store in Slovenia, publishes an electronic link on its website to the platform for online dispute resolution (ODR).

CLEARANCE SALE OF SPECIFIC ITEMS

When we designate a clearance sale for specific items, as they are being phased out of our product range, the sale is valid until the stock is depleted, which changes daily. Discounts do not accumulate during clearance sales.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM PURCHASE, RETURN OF GOODS, REFUND

The customer has the right to inform the provider via email at shop@matrix-music.com within 15 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract or order, without having to provide a reason for their decision.

If the customer has already received the goods and decides to withdraw from the contract, they must return the goods undamaged and in the original quantity to the provider/company within 15 days after sending the notification of withdrawal from the contract. The only cost incurred by the customer in connection with withdrawing from the contract is the cost of returning the items.

The received goods must be returned by the customer undamaged and in their original packaging, unless the goods are damaged without the customer being at fault.

We will refund the payments made by the customer as soon as possible, but no later than 15 days after receiving the notification of withdrawal from the contract. Refunds are made to the customer’s provided bank account (IBAN) upon written request.
