Biography

Omni is an American rock band formed in Atlanta, Georgia in 2015. The band consists of Philip Frobos on bass and vocals, Frankie Broyles on guitar, and Chris Yonker on drums. Omni’s music is characterized by its minimalist and angular approach, drawing influences from post-punk, new wave, and indie rock.

The band released their debut album, “Deluxe,” in 2016 on Trouble in Mind Records. The album was well-received by critics and helped establish Omni as a band to watch in the indie rock scene. Their sound is often compared to bands like Wire, Television, and Gang of Four, showcasing a blend of catchy melodies, sharp guitar riffs, and danceable rhythms.

In 2017, Omni followed up their debut with the release of their sophomore album, “Multi-Task,” which further solidified their reputation as a rising force in the indie music world. The album showcased the band’s growth and experimentation, while still retaining the signature sound that fans had come to love.
