Biography

King is a British synth-pop band formed in 2012. The band consists of members Paul King (vocals), Michael Tuffery (guitar), and Sarah Humphreys (synthesizers). Influenced by 80s pop and new wave music, King creates a unique sound that blends catchy melodies with electronic elements.

The band gained attention with their debut EP, “Queen of the Night,” which was released in 2013. The EP received critical acclaim for its infectious hooks and polished production. King’s music is often described as a modern take on classic 80s synth-pop, with influences ranging from Depeche Mode to Pet Shop Boys.

In 2015, King released their debut album, “Crown,” which further established them as a rising force in the synth-pop scene. The album featured standout tracks like “Electric Love” and “Crown,” showcasing the band’s knack for crafting irresistible pop anthems.
