Biography

Duke is a British progressive rock band formed in London in 2018. The group consists of four members: Alex (vocals, guitar), Ben (bass), Charlie (drums), and Dan (keyboards). Duke’s music is characterized by its intricate compositions, dynamic arrangements, and thoughtful lyrics.

The band members met while studying music at university and bonded over their shared love of progressive rock music. Drawing inspiration from classic bands such as Pink Floyd, Genesis, and Yes, Duke set out to create their own unique sound that blends elements of rock, jazz, and classical music.

In 2019, Duke released their debut EP, titled “Aurora,” which received positive reviews from critics and fans alike. The EP showcased the band’s impressive musicianship and songwriting skills, earning them a growing following in the UK music scene.
